Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. We make every effort to ensure product images accurately represent the item you receive. Minor differences may occur due to lighting or manufacturing updates, but specifications and quality remain the same.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is provided after purchase and can be requested at any time by contacting our customer support team via phone or email with your order details.

How can I return an item?

Imara Work Wear only accepts returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items. To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the defect.

PPE items that have been used, worn, or opened cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons unless confirmed defective. Do not send items back without approval. Approved returns due to defects qualify for free return shipping.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Most out-of-stock items are restocked regularly. Availability depends on supplier lead times. You may contact us to confirm restock timelines.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship orders across Kenya. Delivery timelines and costs are shared during checkout or upon order confirmation.
